We are looking for committed team members to provide exceptional customer service as well as have previous experience, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly parts interpreter has a focus on: Inbound phone & online sales processing In-store customer service Order & receipt of incoming stock Process & pick purchase orders Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR In addition to having a true passion for cars, the ideal candidate will have: Exceptional communication skills Mechanical or parts experience Experience and passion for auto parts Well presented Great phone manner Ability to influence & negotiate Ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions WHAT WE ARE OFFERING In return, we offer competitive rates , as well as provide continuous training & support.
