About Us Civil Construction and Asset maintenance About You White Card Drivers License VESI Training highly regarded Drivers 3+ years previous experience in a similar role Position Summary The Grounds Maintenance Operative reports to the Field Service Manager and is responsible for providing scheduled maintenance to our clients assets. A variety of duties are involved in the role, primarily small vacant land care incorporating lawn and garden maintenance, minor repairs and cleaning. The company is respected for its quality, timeliness and safety, which it is expected the role will uphold. The Field Service Technician is part of the public face of the business and as such is expected to always conduct and present themselves and tools of trade in a professional manner Key Requirements Passionate and committed to performance and quality outcomes Attention to detail and quality Time management skills Grounds maintenance experience Honest and Reliable Self‑motivated Highly organised Excellent communication and people management skills Problem solving ability Proficient use of technology Job Responsibility Ensure delivery of exceptional maintenance services to clients, on time and budget achieving contractual KPI’s Work safely and responsibly at all times Keep clients happy, understanding expectations and exceeding where possible. Identify and capture opportunities for reactive field works. Represent the Company and Client in a professional manner at all times Communicate with Maintenance Supervisors Grounds Maintenance Lawn and Small Vacant Land care Weeding and garden maintenance External drain cleaning Waste removal Asset maintenance (occasional) Minor fence repairs Minor ground surface repair Minor graffiti removal Minor structure repairs Cleaning Amenities Common areas Restocking consumables Dusting Floors Competent use of Electronic Work Management Systems Ensure vehicle is adequately stocked at all times Document handling and data control Ensure Contract KPI's and schedules are being met.
