You will also: Meet members at their home, workplace or preferred location Guide them through the home loan journey from start to finish Proactively grow your lending portfolio through referrals and community engagement Build long‑term relationships, not just one‑off transactions Provide trusted, specialist mortgage advice backed by a supportive bank What We're Looking For In You You're confident, organised and comfortable working independently. You also love being part of a team and supporting wherever possible. You Will Also Have Experience in retail lending or home loans Strong local market knowledge (or the curiosity to build it quickly) A natural ability to build rapport and generate new opportunities Confidence managing leads, pipelines and follow-ups A proactive, can‑do mindset with a strong member focus What You Will Need Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking Current Australian Driver's Licence Ability to complete standard probity checks (credit, police, bankruptcy) Why choose Australian Military Bank?
