Overview Role: Educational Leader Location: 11 Symonds Street, GOLDEN SQUARE, 3555, VIC Centre: Goodstart Golden Square Employment Type: full time – Fixed term Until August 2026 Pay: $40.88 - $42.63 P/h + Super (DOE and Qualification) Responsibilities Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence A collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven organisational culture As an Educational Leader, collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children Deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice Find out more about what the Educational Leader role entails here. About Goodstart Golden Square Goodstart Golden Square is located in a quiet residential area that is close to local shops, schools, sporting facilities and bus services. Centre is a 135-place centre with 8 rooms.
