Due to accelerated business growth, we are looking for a full‑time Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to join our Helpdesk team located in Mount Waverley VIC. We are seeking someone that is confident, enthusiastic, well‑spoken and has a can‑do attitude. Key Requirements Previous IT experience Exceptional phone manner Professional attitude Highest level of customer service Ability to manage customers expectations Self‑managed / work autonomously Natural ability to problem solve & troubleshoot A great team player Desirable Skills (Not mandatory) Familiar with remote management software Ninja RMM or Auto Task PSA Experience in IT Support for the Automotive industry Current industry or tertiary qualifications Responsibilities Answering the phone and actioning tickets for our customers Basic IT Helpdesk support Remote and onsite support to our clients Computer diagnosis and repairs Basic network and configuration skills Microsoft product support Office 365 maintenance & support Benefits In house support & training The opportunity to learn a vast range of IT skills A collaborative team environment If you’re excited to join our team and make a difference for our customers, please apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
