We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects. We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters. Due to strong and continued growth in the region, a unique opportunity has become available for an experienced and resourceful Site Supervisor / Estimator to come and join our growing Far North Coast of NSW based team. About the role As the Building Supervisor/ Estimator , you will work as part of an integral team helping to support our clients with restoring commercial or residential properties damaged by an insurable event. You will work across the Far North Coast region. Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential & commercial insurance repair projects Engaging and managing trades, ensuring project schedules, costs, quality, and safety standards are met Providing regular effective communication and updates to our clients Maintaining internal systems and databases. About you 3 years construction experience in residential building and/or insurance industry Previous experience in a similar role within the Insurance Building industry or managing Strata Plan claims White card or the ability to obtain Driver’s License Cert IV in Building & Construction coupled with a Trade background i.e. Carpentry, highly regarded Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service to customers Experience managing multiple projects with strong organisation Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team Excellent eye for quality and detail.
