About The Role We're seeking a Digital Systems Applications Lead to play a key role in ensuring our business systems are efficient, user-friendly, and fully aligned with operational excellence across our major civil and infrastructure projects. This role is about partnering with project teams , managing digital platforms , and keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for administering enterprise software platforms , maintaining data accuracy , driving reporting and insights , and supporting users across the business. You'll work within a collaborative team, sharing responsibilities and making a real impact on how our digital systems operate across major construction and infrastructure works. How You'll Make a Difference Configure and administer enterprise platforms including DoneSafe, Power BI, 3D Safety, Chemwatch and vendor portals (e.g., Rapid Global, Damstra, Avetta, Pegasus) Provide front-line technical support and system training to internal and external users Monitor data quality for consistency and accuracy across multiple platforms Generate reports, dashboards, and data insights to support project decision-making Manage document control and digital workflows across systems Assist with audits, vendor management processes, and compliance submissions Identify system improvements and assist with software upgrades and new implementations Work with AI Lead to further develop our Business systems into the digital world using Artificial Intelligence processes. What You'll Bring To The Team Experience administering digital business systems, workflow platforms, or compliance tools (construction, infrastructure, or health & safety experience highly valued) Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, system dashboards and AI. High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups Competence in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and document management systems Certificate or Diploma in Business Systems, Process Management, Digital Data Management, IT, or a related field A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Why You'll Love Working With Bild Group At Bild, we focus on doing great work together with teamwork, trust, and respect.
