A07 Senior Advisor – Integrity and Workplace Relations Join Randstad HR Partners as an A07 Senior Advisor – Integrity and Workplace Relations and help a Queensland Government agency that employs over 400 people to promote safety and health standards across the state's industrial sectors. Location and Hours Brisbane Head Office – 2 days work‑from‑home flexibility per week. Full‑time : 7.25 hours per day. The Organisation A large Queensland Government agency headquartered in Brisbane, with operations across regional hubs, focused on safety and health standards. Employment Type Contract – potential for extension. Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Level. Job Function Other – Staffing and Recruiting industry. Key Responsibilities Lead triage & strategic management: independently manage the full lifecycle of external submissions, internal employee grievances, and sensitive workplace relations cases. Establish and own the portfolio: develop best‑practice processes for this new, standalone portfolio, working autonomously and reporting directly to the Lead within a compact team of five. Stakeholder engagement: advise and communicate effectively with senior leaders and the CEO. Provide specialist workplace advice: work collaboratively with Human Resources colleagues where appropriate. What We Are Looking For Expert triage & resolution: proven ability to independently manage and resolve complex grievances, disputes, and external complaints. Specialist workplace relations knowledge: in‑depth understanding and practical application of employment law, industrial relations practices, and HR principles. Stakeholder engagement: experience in providing updates and advice directly to senior leaders. Autonomy and integrity: proven ability to establish and lead a standalone function with sound judgment, discretion, and minimal supervision.
