Part-Time Retail Professional - Canberra Factory Outlet We are looking for a Retail Professional to join our Canberra Factory Outlet on a permanent part‑time basis. The ideal candidate will work fixed weekly hours over both weekdays and weekend days. Key responsibilities Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership and use available store resources to meet or exceed them. Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations. Maintain Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the product offer is represented on the sales floor. Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Requirements To be successful you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Working Hours Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in the application.
