Warranty Clerk

Cricks Noosa is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our team in Noosaville, Queensland. This full‑time position is essential in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support for their vehicles. As our Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims and maintaining detailed records to uphold our commitment to excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Accurately review, process and submit warranty claims for our customers Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues Maintain detailed records and documentation of all warranty‑related activities Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients throughout the warranty process Assist the service department with any warranty‑related inquiries or concerns Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess Strong data entry and computer skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to problem‑solve and work autonomously. Experience in warranty processing will be highly regarded, but not essential.
