Permanent part time | up to 32 hours per week About the role Maternity Outpatients is located off-site at 1011 Mair St Ballarat and provides antenatal care, domiciliary care and childbirth education classes. Maternity Outpatients operates 7 days a week – a small component of weekend work is required. Key Responsibilities Scheduling appointments, billing and contacts for each appointment Adding referrals and closing referrals at the completion of care Working within a multi-disciplinary team Engage and communicate with all members of the Maternity Outpatients team and allied health clinicians Skills and experience Reception experience recommended with a focus on excellent customer service Full training will be provided to the successful applicant To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here Interested?
