You'll make a real impact on everyday Australians in this customer-facing role where you'll get to see the happy faces you help A bit about your role As a Customer Field Technician located in Gympie, you will play a vital role working on field tasks across all nbn technologies. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services. You'll work in multiple environments, predominantly inside the customer's premises. Your typical day may include – while delivering exceptional customer service Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE Work between 7am and 7pm based on business needs, with a flexible working environment encouraged A bit about you We're seeking both experienced candidates and those with transferable skill from a communication cabling or electrical background who are keen to explore a new career in the telco sector. As this role involves working in customers' premises, you must have exceptional customer service skills, display honesty and integrity, and be self-managed and motivated.
