We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and friendly Conveyancer to join our team at O'Connor Harris & Co, Pty Limited. Job Description Your key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to : Managing conveyancing matters from exchange through to settlement Dealing first hand with banks, agents and government departments Providing exceptional service to our clients and referrers Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have : Experience as a conveyancer in managing residential conveyancing matters within the ACT or NSW PEXA compliant Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a very strong team environment Excellent spoken and written communication skills Note: We will also consider candidates with strong limited experience who are willing to learn and progress.
