Shared Head Chef Position – Flexible Hours, Great Team Environment We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly motivated Head Chef to join our kitchen in a shared leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on real responsibility. About the Role You will work closely with our owner and current Head Chef, who is looking to reduce their hours. Together, you will lead the kitchen, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a long‑term, stable position with plenty of opportunity for creativity and growth. What We’re Looking For: Relevant culinary qualifications and proven experience in a leadership role Strong management and organisational skills Excellent communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team Preferred wok experience and confidence working in a fast‑paced kitchen Someone reliable, professional, and passionate about great food Ability to work collaboratively in a shared leadership structure Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays off every week (venue closed) Remaining hours negotiable to suit the right applicant Ideal for someone seeking work–life balance without stepping back from a senior role If you’re a dedicated chef ready to bring your skills, creativity, and leadership to a supportive and dynamic kitchen, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
