My client is looking for analytics specialists with strong analytical depth, curiosity, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity. About the Role Seeking an experienced Analytics Specialist to join a high-performing enterprise analytics function within a strategy-led portfolio in a role that plays a critical part in delivering actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and improve organisational outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, applying advanced analytics, statistical methods, and data visualisation to solve complex business problems. Combining strong technical expertise with commercial acumen, you will ensure analytics outputs are accessible, well-governed, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships to translate business needs into high-impact analytics and own end-to-end delivery of key projects. Analyse data using SQL, Python and deliver scalable, production-ready analytics, including forecasting and ML, with clear visualisation (Power BI/Excel). Turn analysis into actionable insights and confidently advise senior leaders on key drivers, trends and outcomes. Ensure high-quality, well-governed data and proactively improve data standards and reliability. Collaborate across enterprise data teams to prioritise high-value initiatives and measure analytics impact. Key Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent combination of relevant training and experience. Strong experience delivering actionable insights using analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI - must have). Advanced data querying, validation and modelling capabilities. Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders. Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments. Understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake) a big plus High attention to detail, strong judgement, and ability to manage competing priorities.
