About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our consulting team at Planit, a market leader in Testing and Quality Engineering services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile enterprise programs, providing hands‑on leadership and delivering quality outcomes for some of the region’s largest organisations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple phases and streams Drive test planning, strategy, and execution to ensure high‑quality delivery Manage defect triage and reporting using OpenText ALM Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers in Agile and traditional environments Mentor and support junior testers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team Contribute to continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies Key Requirements 2+ years’ experience in a Test Lead role ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst (or equivalent certification) Proven experience across CI/CD (DevOps), Agile, Iterative, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Strong proficiency in OpenText ALM / HP ALM, including test execution and defect management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities across large enterprise projects Why Join Planit?
