TM Physio has two practices – in Deakin and one in Higgins. We have a strong patient following – some have been coming to our clinic for over 30 years TM Physio has strong values of genuine care with clinical excellence. We provide a hands-on approach to patient-centred care. Physiotherapists will work with a mixed caseload including neck and back pain, acute sporting injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. We also provide aquatic physiotherapy, group exercise, and a GLA:D program. All physios and EPs participate in regular in-services, and we also offer a mentoring program to our physiotherapists. It is an exciting and diverse workload that offers any physiotherapist the opportunity to grow and develop their skills. YOU AS A PHYSIOTHERAPIST You need to be a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist who is keen to excel in a private practice environment. The right person will have: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of patients; Excellent musculoskeletal physiotherapy skills; Be organised and able to communicate well with patients and the team; Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude; Have the flexibility to work across one or more separate clinical sites. TM Physio has both full and part-time physiotherapists, and some physios work across both the Higgins and Deakin practices. We also offer an excellent remuneration package including a PD allowance.
