The Role: This is a broad client-service and operations role that can be shaped to match the experience you bring. Your responsibilities may include: Preparing review packs, client documents and follow-up tasks Managing new business lodgements, tracking implementation and ensuring accuracy Liaising with clients, advisers, paraplanners and product providers Maintaining CRM data, compliance tasks and client file integrity Contributing to workflow improvement and system efficiency Taking ownership of client experience and ensuring high service standards For experienced candidates, the role will also include : Oversight of workflow allocation and team priorities Acting as an escalation point for complex client scenarios Supporting strategic initiatives across operations and service delivery Coaching or mentoring junior staff Identifying opportunities to improve processes across the client service function The firm will tailor the role title, responsibilities and salary depending on the level you bring.
