Key responsibilities Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.
