About the Role As a National Scheduler, you’ll help our operations team keep production running smoothly across the country. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our modern head office in Epping, VIC — just a short drive from the Northern suburbs. You’ll support the planning and scheduling of national production, ensuring timelines, stock levels, and service expectations are met. You’ll also work with our onshore schedulers to track performance and keep key systems updated. Key Responsibilities Production Scheduling: Optimise capacity utilisation and meet lead time targets by creating efficient short- and long-term production plans. Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise with key stakeholders across operations, planning, and manufacturing to address capacity constraints and material shortages. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on production activity, including completion rates and OEE, to support continuous improvement. Inventory & Materials Management: Ensure production schedules reflect material availability and assist with inventory control processes. Process Improvement: Promote and participate in safety, quality, and operational improvement projects. What You’ll Bring Great organisation and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) Clear communicator – written and verbal Able to work independently and problem-solve 3 years' experience in a manufacturing/operations scheduling support role Experience (of any type) working for a manufacturing, transport and logistics company (or similar) will be highly regarded Why Join Us?
