This position requires over five years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across various device types. Qualifications and Experience More than 5 years of experience and proven ability to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for multiple device types including Desktop Devices (desktop PCs, engineering workstations, trader workstations, terminals, dedicated Azure Virtual Desktops, etc.) and Mobile Devices (iPhone/Android smartphones, tablets, laptops PCs, portable network devices, smartphones, and embedded devices, etc.), Customer owned and Bring Your Own Device. Strong experience in SCCM, Intune, & Windows OS patching & upgrades. Provisioning, remote monitoring, and configuration of EUC devices as per the standard policies and procedures of the customer EUC environment. Backup and restoration of EUC devices. Configuration & maintenance of EUC asset details in the customer ITSM tool. Resolve incidents, service requests, & problems in EUC devices and relevant software. Desktop & laptop OS basic configuration & troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365 basic configuration & troubleshooting, Active Directory basic configuration & troubleshooting. Managing the complete lifecycle of incidents & service requests as per SLAs. Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment with multitasking and a positive attitude. Working with third‑party vendors to identify resolutions of incidents & problems. Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy & ServiceNow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relocation Willing to relocate to remote areas in VIC, NSW and/or SA is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
