Build a brighter future today. Mentor a young person. Raise strives to empower young minds through early intervention mentoring, equipping young people with lifelong skills for a brighter future but we cant do it without volunteer mentors. As experts in our field, we will train you for success before matching you with a mentee. Youll then be the key to transforming that young persons life so they can face a brighter future. Ongoing evaluation shows that mentoring transforms lives for mentees and mentors. Mentees are supported to improve their mental health via help seeking skills, improve their confidence, resilience and sense of belonging. Mentors report significant positive benefits as well in communication skill development, connection to their community, sense of purpose and more.
