The role would be focusing on LV electrical systems including power transmission and distribution, lighting, motor control centers and communications systems, SCADA, instrumentation and PLCs.You'll be a key member of our Water team, who are delivering major capital projects to South East Water's record $1.5 billion investment as part of a new industry partnership between Abergeldie, BMD & KBR (ABK). The 10-year contract will see ABK plan and deliver major infrastructure upgrades in partnership with South East Water as part of a new integrated capital works planning and delivery model.This is an opportunity to grow your career through working with diverse teams on projects across the full asset lifecycle. Your opportunities are limitless in this team at KBR.Who are you?As an Electrical Engineer in the Water team, you will have previous experience in similar complex plant environments and have completed design and technical writing. You are driven to deliver outcomes for clients as well as contribute to team success.You will have the following skills and experience:Hold an accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or related)Design experience with knowledge of industry standards. Good understanding of electrical codes and regulations.Proven ability to work in engineering and design modelling teams and manage projects to scope, budget and program.Previous experience gained within industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction or consulting.Who are we?Our water team offers services across the full water cycle, delivering major pipelines, large pumping stations and advanced water, wastewater, and recycling treatment plants.We address critical water cycle challenges and provide solutions through adopting flexible program delivery models and ongoing asset management programs.
