Licensed Carpenter or Experienced Handyman ABOUT US - MWP Building Solutions (Part of MWP Community Care) As a Licensed Carpenter or Experienced Handyman, you'll work closely with the Building Services Manager, other qualified tradespeople, and our support team to deliver a variety of tasks, including: Home modifications (handrails, ramps, step alterations, minor bathroom modifications) Maintenance and repair works inside and outside the home Construction of decks, pergolas, stairs and structural repairs General residential carpentry and joinery Small concrete jobs General handyman services and property maintenance You will often work directly with older clients, so a respectful, patient, and client-focused approach is essential. This is a full‑time role (Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm), with a company vehicle provided for all work travel and commuting to/from home.
