Leading Hand Scaffolder – Kalgoorlie, WA We are currently seeking a highly experienced and safety-focused Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our Kalgoorlie-based team. This is a local role only (FIFO will not be considered, must be willing to relocate) , ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and can lead a crew to complete projects to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders on commercial and industrial sites Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on safety and compliance Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to Australian Standards Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out safely, efficiently, and within deadlines Conduct risk assessments and enforce strict safety procedures Work closely with site supervisors, clients, and team members Safety Is a Must – We’re Looking for Someone Who: Leads by example when it comes to safety Is proactive in identifying and managing risks Maintains clean and compliant work areas Prioritises team wellbeing and site safety at all times Requirements: Advanced Scaffolding Ticket White Card Current Driver’s Licence (HR preferred) Minimum 3 years' scaffolding experience, including leadership roles Strong understanding of safety legislation and best practices Must pass pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Based in Kalgoorlie or surrounding area – no FIFO What We Offer: Excellent pay + super + overtime A supportive, safety‑first culture Opportunities for growth and leadership development #J-18808-Ljbffr
