In this role, you will lead the design and execution of personalised, data-driven campaigns leveraging advanced segmentation and Adobe Journey Optimiser to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty. What matters Previous experience in Lifecycle/CLM Marketing, as well as experience defining, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across channels Exposure to marketing programs delivered through Adobe suite (AEP/AJO) is a plus Relevant industry experience in Banking, with specific experience in personal and small business banking experience desirable Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels and platforms, including email, social media, email marketing and in app notifications Imagine the lovechild of a fintech startup and a big four Agile and hands on meets established and fully resourced.
