Service & Scheduling Co-ordinator

We are looking for a take charge, motivated, self‑reliant Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. You will have ample support, coaching and time to understand and master the various deliverables required. Working with our Senior Leadership team, this role reports directly to the Operations Manager with daily access to business owners and leaders. The ideal candidate is happy where they are currently employed but is interested in a more self‑directed work environment and responsibility. We would like to hire someone who is interested in a career, not a job, who wants to do the work and be recognized for a job well done. 2‑3 years experience in scheduling is preferred. The role and culture will require you to be very organized, flexible, adaptable, efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines and performance. The Role This job entails being fully responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of work issued to our field technicians, to ensure client delivery standards are met in line with contract terms, as well as handling customer service queries. Job Scheduling for effective use of technician time External & Internal Customer Service Delivery Job Preparation Key Responsibilities Client relationships and site information Planning to ensure technicians have required stock/equipment for upcoming jobs Maintain and issue Maps for site instructions Maintain office‑based information registers Answering incoming calls incl office based sales General office admin tasks as required Experience and Proficiency About You As well as your experience and demonstrated skills, we are looking for the below core competencies.
