About The Role We are looking for Speech Pathologists to provide life‑changing speech pathology to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 10‑24 as they navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. This position is ideal for a full‑time commitment, though part‑time would also be considered. Key Responsibilities Work in diverse settings—from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres—utilising the social model. Use evidence‑based measurement tools and assess participants to create therapy plans that support their goals and maximise NDIS funding. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends. Attend weekly team meetings at your hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs. Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology SPA Registration Positive and flexible approach to work Strong communication skills and a team player mindset Commitment to personal and professional development Valid driver’s licence NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with Children Check Experience working in NDIS/disability preferred, but not essential What We Offer Continuous learning and support from industry‑leading Speech Pathologists.
