Job Opening: Final Trim Grader Operator (Experienced) Requirements Proven experience as a Grader Operator (minimum 3 years experience) Proficient in civil construction operations Proficient in the operation and utilization of millimeter GPS systems Ability to read and understand construction plans to undertake required site works Adaptable to challenging works with innovative problem‑solving skills Demonstrated willingness and ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation and plan requirements Strong team player with a dedication to quality work Construction Industry Induction (White/Blue Card) Demonstrated understanding of maintenance / operational requirements of plant and equipment and willingness to undertake minor maintenance activities and replacement of consumables Must have the right to work in Australia Be able to provide a current National Police Clearance issued within the last twelve months What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + allowances Tools and training tailored to your needs A company vehicle and work uniform/personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied as part of your employment benefits Opportunities for career advancement Involvement in iconic projects shaping Sydney's landscape A supportive work environment that values your contributions Sign‑on bonus of $4,000 paid in two instalments – $2,000 paid after successfully completing three months service; $2,000 after 9 months service.
