Covers up to 2 years at 75% of base salary in case of illness or injury Purchased leave – opportunity to apply for up to 2 weeks extra leave each year Paid parental leave – 12 weeks for the primary carer and 4 weeks for secondary carer Employee discounts on gym memberships (Fitness Passport), motor vehicles (Mitsubishi), home appliances, energy, health insurance and more AIA Vitality health and wellbeing program A genuine focus on diversity and inclusion (women in construction, annual Building Inclusivity Awards) Employee assistance program to support mental, financial and physical wellbeing A huge catalogue of online learning and ongoing professional development programs NAWIC and HIA corporate membership Attractive remuneration And so much more Responsibilities Coordinate and manage workflow dates, notes and files from sales acceptance to completion Prepare accurate preliminary, contract and final drawings with high levels of accuracy Produce working construction drawings including reviews and corrections Manage your own workflow effectively within required business timeframes Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Problem‑solve construction and drafting related matters About you Demonstrated experience drafting in residential home construction Tertiary education in relevant field, including Bachelor, Diploma or Tafe certificate in design and drafting Experience within relevant software application – ArchiCAD essential Strong knowledge of current codes, regulations and construction practices A keen eye for detail, strong time management and innovative approach to solving problems Team focus, and strong communication skills to build solid relationships Resilience and growth mindset, demonstrating initiative in workflow improvements and process We are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
