About AU Beauty Bazaar We’re a fast-growing Australian e-commerce business specialising in authentic Korean beauty products. We ship curated skincare, makeup, and haircare to customers across Australia. We’re known for fast delivery, personal touches (handwritten notes, surprise samples), and exceptional customer service. The Opportunity We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage our daily order fulfilment operations for 6 weeks while the owners are on holiday. This is your chance to earn great money over a short period while keeping a thriving small business running smoothly. Duration: 6 weeks Location: Concord, NSW (on-site required) Employment Type: Casual Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with potential weekend work depending on order volume) Start Date: Late December 2025 - January 2026 What You’ll Do Every Day Pick, Pack & Ship Orders Pick products from inventory based on order details Pack orders carefully and accurately, ensuring correct products and quantities Include complimentary samples and personal touches (handwritten thank-you notes) Print and attach shipping labels Prepare orders for courier pickup (same-day processing) Keep Inventory Organised Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory Receive and organise new stock deliveries Maintain organised, clean workspace Quality Control Double-check every order for accuracy before shipping Ensure products are in perfect condition (no damage, correct expiry dates) Follow our packing standards to maintain our reputation Basic Customer Support Respond to simple customer enquiries using provided templates Coordinate with courier services for pickup and delivery issues What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements: Must speak Cantonese or Mandarin – our family member will help open the warehouse each day and only speaks Chinese Reliable and punctual – we’re trusting you to keep the business running while we’re away Detail-oriented – accuracy is critical (wrong products = unhappy customers) Physically capable – comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes (up to 10kg) Self-motivated – you’ll work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision Trustworthy – you’ll have access to inventory, customer information, and business operations Available for the full 6 weeks – no gaps or interruptions Bonus Points If You Have: Previous experience in warehouse, packing, retail, or e-commerce Familiarity with Shopify or order management systems Interest in or knowledge of Korean beauty products Experience with Australia Post or courier services Strong organisational skills No warehouse experience?
