For more information visit: Position title – Facilities Coordinator Location: 106 Auckland St, Bega NSW 2550 We are currently looking for a professional, self‑motivated, experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our centre management team at Bega . This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in Retail Property. If you have strong facilities, operations, or contractor management experience—and are passionate about delivering high‑quality centre operations we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders, assist with marketing activations, provide operational insights, and represent the centre in the local business community. Support budgeting and expenditure control, supplier and contractor management, and planning and coordination of maintenance and capital works. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security across the asset, ensuring exceptional customer experience. Oversee tenancy fit‑outs, respond to customer and retailer queries, and ensure compliance with essential services, regulatory, sustainability, and risk management requirements. Track tenancy delivery milestones, support CAT 1 and Lessor Works, and collaborate closely with Centre Management, Operations, Finance, Leasing, contractors, retailers, and local authorities. Required Experience & Attributes Experience in building operations, contractor management, and maintenance coordination. Strong understanding of work health & safety and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management systems. Property experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills highly regarded. Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred.
