Responsibilities include: Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee mobilisation, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment. Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to project. Book required site-specific or role-specific training for new starters. Coordinate ad hoc travel requirements for corporate personnel as required. Review and administer the collection of all incoming recruitment documentation and cross-check for compliance. To be successful in this role, you will possess: Proven experience in a site mobilisation role managing multiple client requirements simultaneously. Construction / Mining industry experience in a similar role. Exposure to various software packages such as Pronto, INX, ERMS. Good organisational and planning skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
