As a Cashier Services Duty Manager , you will lead the day-to-day operations ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino Cage and Keno services. Reporting to the Director Cashier Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cashiers & Cashier Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead with integrity, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your role. A few of you responsibilities: Coordination of daily operations inclusive of team member scheduling and professional development Drive continuous improvement through process change, management of costs and review of guest experience Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Supervise and guide the team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment Collaborate with various departments, including Security and Surveillance to ensure seamless operations Maintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control What we will be looking for: Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity in the Casino Industry, preferably within Cash Operations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive team member engagement, development and manage performance Detailed understanding of Casino Control Act 1982 and compliance requirements Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays Eligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks) About you: With your extensive leadership experience, you’ll maintain a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and efficiency.
