Our Perks and Benefits Flexible working Work a 9‑day fortnight at full pay on the Enterprise Agreement Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave Fertility leave Corporate wear allowance Professional development and educational assistance Access to remote area benefit packaging – based on work location Salary starting from base $121,185 + Super And so much more What You’ll Do Maintain a consolidated view of the Digital portfolio—including programs, projects, and BAU initiatives—to ensure alignment with agreed priorities and governance frameworks. Prepare and maintain reporting packs on financials, resourcing, risk, and schedule health for executives, governance committees, and the Board as required. Partner with Program Directors, PMO Officers, and Finance to assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and monitoring of benefits realisation. Identify and highlight portfolio interdependencies, conflicts, and resourcing constraints to support informed planning and decision‑making. Support the roll‑out and adoption of portfolio management processes and tools in collaboration with the PMO. Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to enable effective sequencing and re‑prioritisation when required. Drive ongoing enhancement of portfolio governance and reporting frameworks. What We Are Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Project/Portfolio Management, or related discipline. Certification in portfolio/program/project management (e.g., MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, PMI) desirable. Strong understanding of portfolio and program management frameworks. Knowledge of benefits realisation, financial management, and performance analysis. Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, PPM systems). Proven experience in portfolio or program analysis and reporting in a complex organisation. Experience preparing reports and dashboards for executives and governance committees. Background in financial tracking, benefits analysis, and risk/dependency management. Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
