The Role As a Consultant you will be called on to manage our clients’ ER and IR issues. You will be speaking to clients over the phone, reviewing/drafting contracts and policies, case managing employment issues such as restructures and redundancies, disciplinary processes and terminations and much more. You will nurture deep relationships with our clients and become a critical part of their success. Skills & Experience 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters (including in-house HR Business Partners) Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice (both written and verbally) Formal qualifications in Law or HR is desirable Ability to work in a fast paced and client-centric environment Self‑motivated with a desire to be the best practitioner you can be How to apply We will move quickly to shortlist on this opportunity so submit your application by clicking on the ‘Apply’ button and uploading your CV and cover letter.
