Disability Support Worker - Youth Mentoring (After-School) Disability Support Worker – ASD/ADHD (After-School Mentoring) Seddon 3011 | $35–$45/hr + KM + paid travel time Genuine care makes all the difference. About the Role We are seeking a patient, positive Support Worker to mentor a young adult with ASD Level 1–2 and ADHD. The goal is to steadily build independence, confidence, and practical daily living skills through consistent after‑school mentoring. You will help with: After‑school routine and structure Social skills + confidence building Light community access (walks, activities, outings) Planning, organisation, and executive‑function support Encouragement, modelling, and mentoring Ideal for someone grounded, reliable, and great with teens/young adults. Shifts Mondays 3–5pm Wednesdays 3–5pm Ongoing, recurring shifts with long‑term stability What We Offer $35–$45/hr + KM allowance + paid travel time Calm, supportive leadership Clear communication and consistency A participant and family who value reliability Long‑term role with room to add extra hours later Our Culture We are a team built on lived experience, empathy, and professionalism.
