Senior Partner Success Manager - Coles Ocado Group is a UK‑based company that is one of the world’s largest dedicated online grocery retailers. We also operate our own grocery and general merchandise retail businesses under Ocado.com. This position is based in Melbourne, Australia to provide hyper‑care support for the Coles teams in Melbourne and Sydney. What will you be doing? Act as the primary point of contact for Coles’ OSP teams, ensuring effective use of OSP. Lead successful deployments and operational go‑lives for OSP features and products. Collaborate with Coles to understand needs and configure the system accordingly. Use deep knowledge of Coles’ operations to proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with Ocado teams to ensure Coles receives the required knowledge and information for successful utilisation of OSP. Build and maintain positive partner relationships across Ocado teams. Review and maintain excellent knowledge of Coles KPIs and performance. Share best practice and learnings with Coles OSP teams. Highlight process improvements and balance Coles support requests with contractual commitments and commercial benefits. What are we looking for? Fluent in English and at least one other European language (essential). Strong stakeholder, relationship‑building, and networking skills. A continuous‑improvement mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable communicating with large groups of people. Self‑motivated with the ability to deliver on deadlines and multi‑task under pressure. Highly organised and resilient with an eye for detail. Ability to handle difficult situations with positivity, confidence, and pragmatism. It would be great if you also have… Experience delivering continuous improvement. Experience supporting clients or partners, ideally within a technology solutions or operational environment. Experience working cross‑functionally to drive partnerships or projects. Business‑management experience and commercial awareness. Ability to think strategically beyond current organisational needs.
