Job Description Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional manner. Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently. Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Working closely with the dental team to ensure smooth, seamless patient care. Managing patient enquiries in person and over the phone. Qualifications Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in using computer software applications. Experience with file keeping and data entry. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
