Are you a skilled Project Administrator who thrives on project success in the construction sector? We have a number of new projects which require new personnel to deliver the work. As a result, we are now seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the delivery of these projects across Tasmania. You’ll work closely with project teams and report to the Project Manager in this on-site role, ensuring accuracy in accounts, managing subcontractor administration, overseeing supplier procurement, and supporting general onsite planning and logistics. Supportive team culture focused on growth, safety, and innovation What You’ll Do Monitor budgets, resources, and project timelines to achieve commercial targets. Procurement and planning activities including logistics management. Creation of purchase orders and administration of subcontract agreements. Oversee docketing and receipting of incoming goods. Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a similar role. Confident in communication and relationship-building. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines with accuracy. Knowledge of common construction activities. Working knowledge of accounting practices and contemporary finance packages.
