Enterprise Architect – Sydney or Melbourne Join a PE-backed, rapidly expanding digital infrastructure leader Our client is redefining the digital infrastructure landscape across the Asia Pacific. We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping a future‑ready, scalable and innovative technology ecosystem. The role Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Architecture and Delivery, you’ll work across teams and leadership in the APAC region to: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture across business, application, data and technology domains. Provide strategic architectural guidance for major change initiatives, aligning with the digital transformation roadmap. Translate business needs into integrated, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and drive innovation. Empower delivery teams with architectural guardrails, patterns, and coaching to foster autonomy and accountability. Lead technology roadmaps, capability releases, and architectural governance that deliver measurable business value. Evaluate emerging technologies, recommending opportunities to innovate and stay ahead in the market. About You We’re looking for a results‑driven professional with a proven track record of delivering business value through technology. You excel in outcome‑focused delivery, agile methodologies, and MVP approaches. You understand stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, and continuous improvement, and you thrive in balancing strategic vision with practical execution. Your Skills & Experience 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect in fast‑paced, agile environments. Broad technical expertise across cloud computing, integration, data, AI / automation platforms, security, and emerging technologies (deep experience in at least two domains). Experience developing effective, lightweight enterprise architecture frameworks promoting simplicity, scalability, and interoperability. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams without formal authority. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS / Azure Architecture, or similar are highly desirable.
