We're looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join Ramsay Health Care and lead recruitment across our growing Western Australian hospitals and services. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark as a WA-based TA Partner, working closely with local leaders while being backed by a supportive national team. You’ll play a vital role in attracting exceptional talent to one of Australia’s most respected healthcare providers – partnering with hiring managers, shaping strategy, and ensuring every candidate experiences The Ramsay Way of ‘People Caring for People.’ What You'll Do Partner with managers across our WA sites to understand workforce needs and deliver smart, tailored recruitment solutions. Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles, including hard-to-fill specialties. Build and nurture strong local relationships – becoming the go-to advisor on all things talent. Drive proactive sourcing and targeted strategies to find the best people in the market. Champion the candidate experience from first contact to offer. Collaborate with our national Talent team to share ideas, insights, and contribute to our growing employer brand. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, ideally within healthcare or a related sector. A track record of success recruiting for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Confidence and initiative to work autonomously, while still being a collaborative team player. Exceptional relationship-building skills – you know how to engage, influence and get buy-in from stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and time management skills. A genuine passion for people and the healthcare industry.
