Overview Community Sales Manager - Sunbury VIC role at Ingenia Communities Group. Based in the Sunbury Community Sales Office, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Located about 30 minutes north of Melbourne CBD. Responsibilities Lead residential sales for a multi-year lifestyle community project, achieving monthly and overall targets. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes. Manage CRM, contracts, reporting, and streamline sales administration processes. Represent the brand locally through events, sponsorships, and community engagement. Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to settlement. About You / Qualifications Proven experience in sales; residential, lifestyle community, retirement community, or project sales preferred, but not mandatory. Current driver\'s license. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous. Approachable, patient, and passionate about helping people find their next home.
