The Opportunity We’re building an A-playing customer service team — and we’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who thrives on making customers happy and keeping things running beautifully behind the scenes. This is not a “sit at reception and answer phones” role. This is a purpose-driven role in a growing B2B business with a big future. You’ll be the welcoming voice and face of the business — supporting customers via phone, email, online orders, and in person — while working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, follow up proactively, and deliver a standout customer experience. We’re on a growth journey and moving into a new purpose-built facility in 2026. If you’re looking for stability and opportunity, this is it. What You’ll Be Doing Processing customer orders via phone, email and web Proactively calling customers to confirm details and provide updates Owning reception — you’re the Director of First Impressions Solving customer problems with confidence, urgency and care Following up — because great service doesn’t stop at “job done” Supporting sales and operations with accurate administration Every day is different — and that’s exactly why this role suits someone who’s engaged, switched on, and customer-focused. About You You’re a customer service professional, ideally from a B2B environment, who truly enjoys helping people. You: Love serving customers and fixing issues before they become problems Are organised, proactive, and follow things through Sound confident and professional on the phone Pick up systems quickly (CRM experience is a bonus) Want to grow, learn, and build a career — not just clock in and out Most importantly, you care about doing things properly.
