Noosa Pacific Resort is seeking a motivated and versatile team member to join our dedicated crew. We are a well‑established, self‑contained holiday resort offering tranquil, luxury accommodation along the beautiful Noosa River. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is proactive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. About the Role – Duties Include: Acting as first point of contact for guests, visitors, and owners Assisting with guest enquiries and local information Managing phone/email bookings and OTA reservations Linen ordering and stock control Light cleaning duties as required Guest support with hire equipment Reporting and addressing maintenance issues Maintaining high standards across resort grounds and facilities Supporting workplace health and safety protocols Full‑time, 38 hours per week. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Confident multitasking and problem‑solving ability Physically fit and hands‑on Friendly, professional, and adaptable Availability during school holidays and weekends is essential Local stability within the Noosa/Sunshine Coast region Local accommodation and ability to commit long term Preferred Experience: Accommodation or tourism industry background Housekeeping experience a plus Comfortable with MS Office and Windows systems PMS experience (we use Resly) Only suitable candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
