Salary : $95-$120 / hour depending on experience. Plus travel Location : mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (Specific location as desired by the therapist) Schedule : up to 2 (or more) ongoing days of your choosing Benefits : New Grads are welcome to apply High paying role Purchased Resources Extensive mentorship & guidance from our senior therapist Full autonomy to manage your own therapy days and schedules Once you finish your work, your day is done Our company brand is one of the best up and coming brands in the allied health field due to our approach to therapy and reaching participant goals Key Responsibilities : Conduct assessments, carry out therapy, & construct reports for our NDIS participants (Paediatrics & Adults) Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals Network with potential stakeholders to help grow the JC Care brand in the local communities Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes Requirements : Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA 2 years experience working as an Occupational Therapist (Desirable but not necessary) Experience working in the NDIS sector (Desirable but not necessary) Current Working with children check Current CPRCurrent driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team To apply : If you are an Occupational Therapist looking for a dynamic and challenging role with a growing company, please submit your resume and cover letter to Simply follow the HealthcareLink submission form.
