About the Role: Tropical Coast Plumbing are based in Rockhampton , Mackay and Townsville in Queensland Australia and are currently seeking a Trainee Receptionist to join our expanding team in Mackay. We are currently looking for new team members to join our team which is rapidly growing This is High Volume call centre and we are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. Your role will involve but not limited to: Permanent Full time (7:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday) What you will need: Previous experience in Administration work (Desirable) Excellent and confident phone manner, including providing superior customer service Able to work independently and able to prioritise tasks when needed Strong organisational and time management skills Strong written & verbal skills with a high attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to different situations Previous Experience in a fast-paced environment WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
