About the Role We are expanding our dynamic team and on the lookout for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner. In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants’ NDIS goals. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes. This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work. You’ll support clients across various locations throughout Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and other states, providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work environment.
