As a Recruiting Coordinator on our Campus Recruiting Team, you will support university recruiters focused on hiring top‑tier talent for graduate programs in trading, technology, and quantitative businesses, as well as internship opportunities across the firm. You will work directly with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, managing schedules, travel, and candidate experience with professionalism and composure. In This Role, You Will Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business managers Schedule and confirm phone and on‑site interviews, including office tours, lunches, and desk rotations Coordinate travel accommodations for candidates Greet candidates and coordinate all on‑site interviews, ensuring a positive experience Distribute resumes and interview feedback to recruiters, hiring managers, and interview team members Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Manage phone calls and inquiries from candidates or internal employees Maintain and improve procedures for all responsibilities, from simple process enhancements to larger initiatives Facilitate university recruiting dinners and/or events, including networking/social events for the summer internship program Manage additional projects such as reporting, researching universities and/or on‑campus events, etc. What We’re Looking For Minimum of one year of professional experience as an administrative assistant or in event planning, coordination, or a similar role; prior experience assisting an HR or university recruiting team preferred Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced team environment Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills Creative problem‑solving and presentation skills Superior time management and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to maintain highly confidential information Willingness to work additional hours when necessary Strong proficiency in Outlook (or other scheduling systems), Word, and Excel Ability to travel locally on a limited basis (preferred) What’s In It For You Flat hierarchy allowing you to drive meaningful impact and take ownership Opportunity to attract and engage the next generation of Susquehanna’s top talent Private healthcare and gym allowances, plus wellness initiatives Additional leave entitlements including marriage leave and two bonus days annually Fully stocked kitchen with daily breakfast and lunch Regular social, sporting and community events, including an annual poker tournament Matched donations and corporate discounts Explore our benefits and culture: link Equal Opportunity Statement We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds, and we welcome requests for reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process to ensure you can best demonstrate your abilities.
