You’ll work closely with the CEO and Managing Director, gaining direct mentorship, exposure to leadership decision-making, and the chance to influence firm-wide strategy — with a clear pathway to move into a General Manager role in the short to medium term . As an R&D Tax Consultant , you’ll partner with some of Australia’s most innovative organisations across technology, biotech, and advanced manufacturing. You’ll help clients maximise their R&D outcomes while ensuring full compliance, while progressively taking on broader commercial and leadership responsibility.
